Here to help

It is a privilege to collaborate with people on their journey to a well-lived life. Everyone brings in their own unique experiences and inner world into therapy and I strive to meet them with acceptance, compassion and honesty.

I authentically care for my clients and believe the therapeutic relationship is key to understanding and reshaping a patient’s relationships with others and with themselves.

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Philosophy from University of California Santa Barbara. Through studying with Dr. Sharon Burnett I hold a certificate in Integrative Strategies in Trauma Informed Therapy.

Choosing a therapist can be tricky. You are invited to speak with me in a no-cost consultation to see if we feel like a good fit.
