Being a human is hard. Therapy can help.

We all struggle and experience pain in life. Sometimes these experiences becomes too great, overwhelm us, and defy our ability to cope with them. They begin to bend our life to their terms, changing the way we relate to ourselves and to others.

Therapy is a supportive environment to explore this outcome, which is you. Therapy is a place to ask what happened and might it be another way.

Often times people begin therapy with me feeling like they need immediate relief and we seek to find effective tools and techniques to lesson symptoms. Once stability and trust in the relationship has been built, we are able to address the deeper patterns and experiences that are the root of the continuing pain and discomfort. Through this process of therapeutic discovery one experiences self-acceptance and change toward greater peace and fulfillment.
